Biography[]
Fresh out of Wharton, Blair began working for The Jammer Group, despite his aversions of it being "Mo's little chop shop". Blair gets engaged to his girlfriend, Tiffany Georgina in the first episode of the series after Mo hires him. Blair is very far back in the closet, and we're all very surprised that he hasn't mentioned anything about visiting Narnia yet.
Blair becomes a cocaine addict and leaves Tiff, later to take her back after dying for a song and a half. Blair also is known to—spoiler alert—have caused the entirety of Black Monday with intentionally bugging the Leighman brothers' algorithm.
In the latter part of the seasons, it gets confirmed that he is gay. He comes to terms with his sexuality, and his lover (Roger Harris) then ends up hanging himself. Multiple people who are close to him die mysteriously and someone shoots Blair, where he falls into a coma. The shooter has not yet been confirmed.
Blair later goes on to marry Tiff, when she finds out he only married her for her money. He is seen as a very manipulative and cold character. He goes on to lie to Tiff about her father and says he hates her, when her father asked Blair to say that he loves her. Blair is very intellectual and this is shown in the third season.
Blair is willing to do anything to be on top. Even if that involves sheer manipulation. Blair is shown as a sweet and bubbly and awkward nerd in the beginning of the series, but we later learn that either cocaine is one hell of a drug or that was just an act. Blair later ditches his nerdy glasses and becomes a sophisticated, possibly murderous politician.
Blair is hinted at to have murdered his father. The policeman in season 3 tells him that his father might not have died of a heart attack, as they found traces of glass in his system, which Blair is confirmed to have shaved into his food until he died, although it’s unclear if he was actually killed from that. That causes Blair to panic and say that people just eat so many things. Blair also watched his electric shock therapist die without doing a thing, though it is possible that he did not notice, as he was facing away.
